What are your shipping costs?
To calculate the cost of shipping for on-line orders, place the item(s) in your cart. When you put the first item in the cart you will be asked for your zip code, this is to help calculate the shipping costs. From the cart, you can see the estimated shipping cost for the entire order or change shipping methods.
Can you send my order with overnight shipping?
Yes. All of our products are available with expedited shipping methods allowing for faster delivery. Any available expedited options as well as standard options will be displayed on the shipping page during the checkout process. EMERGENCY SHIPMENTS: If you need delivery by a certain day or time - PLEASE CALL US! We can work with you to find the fastest way possible to deliver your order.
When will my order be shipped?
If the order is received before 4:00pm EST the order will ship the same day. We try to stock every item listed on our website; however there are times that we occasionally run out of a certain product, if this happens we will always notify you right away.
How can I tracking my order?
Our system currently does not automatically send you a tracking number confirmation for your shipment. However we can track all of our shipments (except for US Mail) so please call us or send us an email and we can tell you where the package is currently at and provide you with a tracking number.
My shipment was missing an items, what should I do?
We try to carefully pack everything you have ordered, but sometimes we make mistakes too. If you ever receive an order that is not complete and is missing something, please call us right away and let us know. We will rush the missing items out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return a product or shipment?
If you need to return something to us, please include a copy of the invoice with the shipment. You do not need a RMA number, or prior authorization. However we ask that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and verified (UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking). See our return policy for additional information.
